Reserved Activities for Omani Nationals
In accordance with Omani law, certain business activities are reserved exclusively for Omani citizens. Foreign investors are generally not permitted to own or operate businesses in the following sectors:

| Crafts & Traditions | Making Omani Halwa, Omani Khanjar (Daggers), Traditional Omani hats (Kima), Handmade pottery, Traditional weapons retail. |
| Logistics & Transport | Water trucking (Potable/Non-potable), Gas cylinder delivery, Hajj & Umrah transport, Clearance & Customs offices, Manpower & Employment offices. |
| Real Estate & Admin | Real Estate Brokerage, Property Valuation, Building Management, Document Clearance (Sanad offices), Photocopying & Typing services. |
